IAC Geometrische Ingenieurs B.V. is developing, engineering and manufacturing automatic screw thread measurement instruments:
IAC MasterScanner

The IAC MasterScanners are in service by many well known European companies now over twelve years.
However the market situation in Europe can be described as saturated while at the same time many industrial companies have transferred there production facilities to Asia and particularly to China.
The strategy is now to bring the IAC instruments to the Asian market starting with China.
For this reason IAC has a new job available for an export research expert.

Job description:
The export research expert will be initially responsible for exploration of the Chinese market for export of IAC MasterScanners and in a later stage also for exploration of the markets in Japan, Vietnam, Malaysia, etc.

The right candidate:

• will have an educational background on HBO or WO level
• will have sound technical and commercial knowledge of measurement technology and in particularly of screw thread calibrations
• can communicate fluently in Chinese and English at the appropriate level
• will be able to organize workshops for Chinese sales agents and for potential customers
• will be able to prepare the setup of the Chinese customer support centre
• will have a bridge function between the National Metrology Institute in Beijing and IAC
• will be familiar with the Chinese GB standards for threaded products and gauges
